Purpose

EPS 215 and 225(including field experience team meetings (labs), field experiences, and seminars) provides a supportive 'place' where pre-service teachers discuss, experience, plan, and implement a variety of PreK-3 (Early Childhood) and K-5 (Elementary) learning experiences for children. Ongoing emphasis will focus upon understanding connections between instructional approaches, teaching roles and working in educative and respectful ways alongside children and families of diverse backgrounds and experiences.
Important Dates

First Day of FIELD Experience: Wed. Oct. 13th, 2010
FYI: 3-week teaching block, March 21, 2011 to April 8, 2011 (come to campus for Apr. 8th afternoon for debriefing session). Regina Public placements will start Tues. March 22nd (21st is holiday); Regina Separate placements will begin on Monday, Mar. 21st, 2011.
